Once upon a time, there was a lion in the jungle who always was sad, and eventually, the color of his skin started to change and it turned dark blue, representing the sadness the lion was feeling.
The blue lion became very popular in the jungle because of his characteristic color, thereby a lot of animals traveled long ways into the lion domains just to see him and made a mockery out of him just because he was different; until one day when a giraffe, who was walking through the blue lion domains, felt pity for him and defended him, headbutting all the other animals who were laughing at him.
And when the blue lion saw how the giraffe was defending him, he fell madly in love with her, so he tried to get close to her and talk to her, but although he tried and tried, the giraffe never answered him, she just stayed there, staring at him with tender and loving eyes.
The giraffe, without saying a word, never left the lion side, and she always defended him against the others laughing animals, and eventually the blue lion stopped trying to talk to her, and learned how to share with her the tender and loving stares she always was giving him; and the lion loved the giraffe so much, that gradually, all his sadness disappeared, and now he is known as the red lion.
